BIKER BUILD-OFF EUROPE

One of the CUSTOMBIKE-SHOW highlights is the European Biker Build-Off.
Since 2007, two teams compete each year with one show bike respectively.
The framework of the Biker Build-Off is as follows: both teams have three days to complete one custom bike each in front of the fair visitors.
The winners will be awarded their prize on Sunday afternoon.

This year we were on the stage together with Fred Flizefuss and compete against the Swiss team Sandra and Markus Fröhlich (MCSands Motor Shop). You can find more information about both teams below on this page. Following some pictures from the contest.

Steve & Max Steve & Max Schneiderbanger – SSCycle / FRED FLITZEFUß (Germany)

Steve Schneiderbanger is a pioneer and veteran of the German and international custom scene. The passionated craftsman and motorcycle thinker has specialized in motorcycle conversions and modifications with his workshop 'SSCycle', which he founded nearly 40 years ago. Preferably, Steve works on Harleys with old Shovel or Panhead engines.

Early on, he developed and built groundbreaking Harley Davidson accessories, created his own wheel manufacturing, up to today's TÜV-approved multi-spoke wheels. He created chassis parts and filigree brake systems and paved the way for legal customizing with his parts. His conversions are made in traditional craftsmanship and have been published and awarded with many prizes. In addition to his custom activity Steve was a successful dragster pilot for many years. He handed on his talent and passion to his son Max. Yet he made a name for himself with metalshaping on custom and restoration projects, graduated with honors. Today he's got his own coachbuilding and metalwork company 'FRED FLITZEFUẞ'. Max specializes in restorations as well as one-off and custom-made cars and motorcycles of all kinds. His field of expertise definitely is sheet metal shaping: gas tank , fender and panel construction as well as fabrication and welding all kinds of metal.

Sandra and Markus Fröhlich – McSands Motor Shop (Schweiz)

Sandra and Markus »Mac« Fröhlich are a well working Team. Both are swiss and knowing each other since there study. They have tha same passion - motorcycles.
They operate their shop »McSands Motor Shop« in the swiss city Balterswil.
For the this years CUSTOMBIKE-SHOW they haveplannes a special project.
