Following terms and conditions shall govern all our offers and sales and may not be changed except with our written consent. All agreements and offers are based on our conditions, they are effective when an order is placed.
All offers and proposals are valid for 21 calendar days. All drawings, offers and other documents of the proposal remain the property of the supplier.
All contracts are only deemed valid on the receipt of a written order.The supplier is not responsible for any errors in drawings or measurrements received from the client.
Every endeavour will be made to meet agreed delivery dates, however in the event of cicumstances beyond our control these dates are not binding. In the event of an Act of God, Strike, Lack of materials or supplies the date of delivery will be extended accordingly. Should the date of delivery extend beyond 20 weeks, the order may be cancelled or withdrawn by the client.
Customised parts and One-off orders i.e. Motorcycle conversions, Motorcycle assembly will be delivered as agreed should business proceed as normal. In the case of interruptions in business (see Nr.1 above ) the date of delivery will be extended accordingly.
The means of delivery will be at the discretion of the supplier although the cheapest alternative may not be taken.The cost of all delivery and returns will be carried by the client.
The same conditions apply should fitting be required.
All modifications and customising must be registered with the local authorities and in the licensing papers.The operating license is deemed invalid should this not be the case. Installation of parts not approved by the Local authorities may lead to a violation of local laws.The supplier accepts no liability should licensing by refused.
Payment shall be on receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in the contract. In the event of the conttract being over 1000,00 € the supplier may request a signed agreement to furnish an advance payment. An interest rate of at least 8% will be placed on all late payments. In the event of a breach of terms of payment all monies due are to be paid immediately. In this case all remaining parts will only be supplied on receipt of payment.In the event of a breach of the terms of payment the supplier has the right to withdraw from the contract after a given period of time has elapsed.In the case of repudiation of the contract by the client all remaining parts will only be supplied on receipt of payment. The cost of post and package will be carried by the client. Our price list includes VAT. Trade discount is only available to Motorcycle Dealers (Harley Davidson or others) and motorcycle parts suppliers.
Trade Discount prices are net prices . We reserve the right to alter the price list according to change of prices in material and supplies, inflation or currency fluctuations. All goods remain the property of the supplier until payment has been received in full. These term of ownership also apply to payments for delivery, fittings and repairs.
Complaints about goods must be received within 14 days of delivery. All custom made parts must be inspected and accepted within 14 days of delivery. After this period we are not obliged to accept returns. A description of defects must be submitted in writing .The decision to repair, exchange or give discount is left to our discretion on the basis of the defect.Should repairs or replacement of parts be unsuccessful the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.
Claims for damages will only be considered should it be proven that we or any person representing us has acted in a negligent manner.All other claims for damages will not be considered,regardless in what form, should it be a claim for lack of duty, especially claims based on lack of information or advise. These conditions apply particularly to damages as a result of side-effects.
Used parts are sold as seen and without warranty.
We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract should the client be deemed to be credit unworthy, supplies false information, stops payment, or is deemed bankrupt.
